Our great support starts on the day of your first payment. When your package is up for renewal we will send you a reminder. If you do not wish to extend your package just let us know by replying to that message. If you cancel before the end of the current package extension you get to enjoy our services until the last day of the current extension. We do not provide refunds for unused time.
